Newness of Life Ministries held its first service on Sunday, February 6, 2011 under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Rodney A. Brown, Sr. alongside Co-Pastor Colette Brown.  Newness of Life Ministries  is inspired by the Holy Scripture Romans 6:4, "Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life".

 

Hence, the ministry is designed to be a church of "guidance and evangelism"; evangelism and guidance for the lost, oppressed, rejected and lonely in our society, as well as to nurture, develop and teach the saints of GOD to fulfill the great commission of Matthew 10:7.  “And as ye go, preach, saying, the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand".  The mission of Newness of Life Ministries is to take the people of God from membership to relationship to leadership, through the teaching, preaching and living of GOD's word.  Newness of Life Ministries is a house for all people, in all walks, all circumstances, and all stages of life.
